General Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT TERMS

There is no minimum order value.
Goods can only be dispatched upon receipt of payment.
At present payment can either be made:-

By PAYPAL at checkout. You may use this secure facility to pay by credit or debit card. Use the guest payment option if you do not have a PayPal account.
We can only accept card payments through the website and not over the phone.

Should you experience problems in getting PayPal to accept a payment, (ie. their website being down), UK customers can opt for another method. Return to the shopping basket using the button at the top of the screen in the black bar, proceed to the payment choice screen & pick 'PayPal Invoice Request'. This will allow you to continue to place an order on our system without payment. We will then arrange for a PayPal invoice to be e-mailed to you by PayPal which when paid completes the order process. This method should only be used as a last resort as it will slow the speed at which your order is processed. A minimum  order value of £5.00 will apply to this procedure.

Priority is given to orders where Special Delivery Service has been selected, however to ensure there is time to pick and post these orders they should be placed by 12 noon.

We use up-to-the-minute Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology which means that all credit card transactions are completely safe and encrypted to ensure the maximum protection. Your card details are not held by us, they are not on our site, and they are not on the Internet 

VAT
Beadservice is not Vat registered at present.
All prices are shown in GBP Pounds Sterling first with an equivalent Euro value shown after.

Our returns policy is as follows:

NO QUIBBLE RETURNS POLICY - THE STEPS TO FOLLOW.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by email or phone if you wish to return unwanted items for a refund.

We need to receive these items within 30 days of you receiving the goods, and you will be refunded by the method which you paid.
Include your name and address, the code numbers and the order or invoice number with the returned items.
We recommend that you obtain a 'Proof of Posting' from the Post Office as we cannot refund items 'lost in the post', and in that instance you will need the form to make a claim against Royal Mail.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of any item which have been cut to a specific length from a reel, eg: chain, leather thong, cord etc.  We do not refund the postage costs for unwanted items returned, this will be at the customers cost. Nor do we exchange returns for different items.
We will refund the return postage costs on any faulty goods or items sent in error if we ask for their return.


FAULTY ITEMS

All our items are quality checked before being dispatched, but in the event of an item being faulty, please contact us and let us know which item and the fault, and we will explain how to proceed.
We will replace or refund faulty items and if we ask you to return the item we will refund the postage.

CANCELLATION


You are entitled to cancel your order at any time up to 14 working days of your order being received. To cancel, please write, e-mail or phone us. 
If you cancel your order after it has been posted, or after receipt of your goods, you must return them to us in the condition they were sent at your cost. We will then refund in full after we have received the goods back.
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by email or phone if you wish to return unwanted items for a refund.

Orders that are placed on this website are treated as completely different to any orders placed on our Etsy site. They cannot be combined and are priced, invoiced  and shipped separately.
